I was born in a place where in spring bears wake up from their winter dream and come out from their caves into the wild, where wolves wander the mountains on frosty winter mornings, where the most beautiful cherry buds flourish in spring and where rivers revive during summer and early autumn. It seems pretty clear I love all seasons, but in the past couple of years, I capture myself wishing for snow; wishing for that mystique atmosphere of white streets where a snowy blanket illuminates the night.
African tale part II- Adventures with penguins
Hey, give me your hand, I’m taking you to the south. Imagine that you are a dandelion bubble and that you can fly away to warmer areas just like the migration birds have the privilege to. If you accidentally land in the city of Cape Town, rush to a beach, but not any beach! It must be Boulders Beach, the place where we are waiting for you together with a black & white gang.
African tale part I- Monkey business
In doubt whether an animal is capable of robbery or stealing food from your plate, think again, because once you encounter a monkey your level of alertness increases at an alarming rate! We spent time with them during our stay in Africa and it was amazing.
Reunion attention … volcano eruption
Reunion is a French island in the Indian ocean illustrated as a little stain between Madagascar and Mauritius. If I could portray it in any three words I would pick: vanilla, sharks and volcano. Reunion, the island which is stationed on one of the most active volcano points on planet Earth, a place which hides plantations of Vanilla Bourbon that go for miles and where sharks have the freedom to lurk from shallow water.
Naval Hill: Giraffes and zebras in the city
Bloemfontein is the seventh city by size in the South African Republic and is a mandatory stop on a way to some holiday resorts on the Garden Route. The city of windmills and libraries, famous for rugby and flower fairs hides a rarity in the center of the city. Can you imagine seeing animals like giraffes, ostriches, antelopes or zebras few minutes from the main road. Well this type of adventure lives and breathes right here in this city. But what is Naval Hill really about?
Cruising Neva- a combination of prose, mysticism and a pinch of reality
Far away up north, where the river Neva flows into the Baltic sea, there lies a city full of secrets. A city, like no other, that served as an inspiration to many artists who enriched the world’s cultural heritage;
London Calling!
Sometimes, there are cities that can be described not only in words but in scents and colours. The smell of freshness after a rainy day as well as the colours blue and red are the little things that remind me of London.
The Versace among birds- The Weaver bird
A little force of nature, weighing about 30 grams, makes wonders using vegetable fibers, grass, twigs and its personal skill. The Weaver bird, from the family Ploceidae, and its hanging nest were my first impression when I came to the South African Republic.
When Jacarandas savor
If the road takes you to sunny Greece you will be welcomed with fields of Oleanders. In December, Mauritius becomes an orange oasis of plant species called Flamboyant Trees. But when it’s September and you decide to go to the South African Republic, you will experience a purple catharsis with Jacarandas tree.
Seychelles: The land of our dreams
If you fantasize about turquoise ambient, walks through tropical gardens, voluptuous women with flowers in their hair, powder coated beaches, a blithesome feeling and a sense of harmony-welcome to Seychelles.
